In August 1988, Jiangxi Crystal Company was established. In October 1989, the factory was put into operation, with a monthly output of 5 tons of zirconium oxychloride;

From 1990 to 2001, after several expansions, the company's annual output expanded to 18,000 tons, and the products were mainly sold to the European, American and Japanese markets;

In October 1999, passed the ISO9001 quality system certification;

In April 2000, it was rated as an AAA-level excellent credit enterprise by Nanchang Industrial and Commercial Bank, and has won this honor for six consecutive years;

In January 2001, it was listed as a high-tech enterprise by Jiangxi Province, and its three series of products were identified as high-tech products;

In December 2000, the shareholding system reform was completed and Jiangxi Jingan High-tech Co., Ltd. was established;

In September 2003, passed the ISO14001 environmental management system certification;

In December 2003, it was approved as the industrialization base of the national high-tech research and development (863) plan;

In May 2004, the company's "high-quality zirconium carbonate" was upgraded to a key national torch plan project product;

In December 2004, the "Zirconium Material Processing Industry 3000t/d Wastewater Treatment Demonstration Project" project was approved as a provincial key environmental protection special fund project in Jiangxi Province;

In December 2009, a new production line of 20,000 tons of zirconium oxychloride was officially put into operation, and the company's total production capacity reached 42,000 tons;

In May 2009, introduced strategic investors and completed the company's capital increase and share expansion;

In April 2010, the company's zirconium carbonate production line with an annual output of 6,000 tons was successfully trial-produced;

In 2011, the company achieved an annual output value of nearly 1 billion yuan;

In October 2012, Jing'an Research Institute (engineering technology center) and logistics service center were completed and put into use;

In December 2012, Jing An cooperated with the Institute of Process Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to establish an academician workstation and was approved;

In January 2013, Jing'an Administrative Office was completed and put into use;

In September 2013, Jing'an Engineering Technology Center was approved as "Provincial Enterprise Technology Center";

In September 2013, Jing'an's "New Process Industrialization of Extracting High-purity Scandium Oxide from Zirconium Mud" was listed by Nanchang City as a major scientific and technological industrialization project in 2013.
In January 2021, the company's zirconium carbonate production line with an annual output of 15,000 tons was successfully put into operation;
